At Advanced Glass Innovations, we specialize
in the production and supply of very high specification modular
sized glass, and futuristic frameless glass structures for a variety
of purposes as mentioned upon this website. We also offer modular

By manufacturing our glass units in such fixed sized modular units
we are able to mass produce, hence offering cutting edge technology
very cost effectively. Typically the price of our modular glass
is approximately 50%-60% of the price of equivalent specification
bespoke glass generally available from our competitors, thus offering
substantial savings. If our modular sizes do not suit your requirements,
we can also offer to make bespoke sizes to order at a slight premium,
and yet still for less than our competition without compromising
quality.

| You can opt to buy just the glass from
us for your own building project, or instruct us to supply and
fit one of our complete structures to suit your requirements. The
structures that we offer are suitable for use as extensions, conservatories
and out-buildings, and examples of them can be seen at our premises.
Either way, the added light and airy spaces created can be used as an office,
gymnasium, studio, spa, games room or garage. In many instances such useful spaces
can be constructed without the need of any planning permission or building regulations
dependant upon intended use, location and size. We always advise that such works
should be carried out with some form of consent from your local council, and
suggest that a certificate of lawful development should be sought for peace of
mind. The application for a certificate of lawful development is a much quicker
and easier process decided by a council planning official on thier own accord
and does not require any consultation period with neighbours. Please refer to
